How It Started ~ Back in 2010
Founder Lisa Glatz profoundly believes in the inherent potential of people. After working with thousands of individuals, Lisa realised that success leaves clues. She identified repeatable patterns of lasting career success, where people felt empowered at work, felt their work mattered and their contributions valued. This is how the Careers Map revolution began!
Having worked as an executive coach across Australia, New Zealand, India, Asia Pacific, Japan, Europe, USA, China and Korea – working with board members, executives, leaders, managers, employees across the entire enterprise – Lisa created a formula that encourages people to align their passions with a meaningful career.
With an emphasis on resolving career issues, the Careers Map brand provides a dynamic online experience through 5x Master Classes. The self-directed learning activities guide people towards lasting results – exceeding both their own and organisation expectations.
Ben Michael ~Director. Leadership & Career Coach
A passionate and unique people and culture champion, drawing on a life time of extreme situations in and out of the business environment. I specialise in forging high performing relationships, building authenticity, trust, communication, and shared values. I have been fortunate to lead vastly different groups from extremely different industries from pharmaceutical to heavy metals recycling. My work is driven by real life experience, using techniques I have learnt in highly pressured and sensitive real world situations. A huge part of building long term sustainable teams is supporting people in their growth and career progression. Over time I have built a high performing strategy around roles and placements, on going training and elevation which has a proven track record of success in the real world.
